While conducting experiments for the military, scientist Steve Shadow had a mission to perfect the supreme Super Solider. Through endless DNA experimentation and long term genetic modification his greatest challenge is recognized through the creation of 4 individual and unique versions of the Super Solider.

Steve Shadow’s own sons are three of the super humans who possess the ability to assume the elements! Jonathan a.k.a. Freeze represents water, Nevin a.k.a. Sterling represents metal and Gemini a.k.a. Cylong represents fire and each have the ability to achieve varying degrees of super human controls over body and environment.

Darcticus, the original super solider prototype is an experiment gone terribly wrong. Born with pre-existing genetic imperfections, Darcticus becomes corrupted by envy and greed and in an unexpected turn of events he takes Steve Shadow’s life - his originator, all in an effort to gain recognition and fame.

Unlike Darcticus, the Shadow brothers by themselves are not super soldiers, but when combining their powers and elements together, they form to become the ultimate super soldier. Seeing this threat Darcticus vows to annihilate the Shadow brothers so he can become the one and only self proclaimed Ultimate Solider.

The older Shadow brothers, Jonathan and Nevin, own and run their own marketing and design company and Gemini attends high school. While trying to maintain normal lives, the brothers have to accept the fact that they are living legacies of their father’s work. Ultimately they must fight for peace to protect their family, each other and the world from their arch nemesis, Darcticus.
